Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 2026

This policy applies to all purchases of ENC Nail Care electric nail care devices.

1. Return Eligibility & Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Due to personal hygiene and safety characteristics of electric nail care equipment:
✅ Eligible for return: Unopened, unused items in original factory packaging, all accessories and labels intact.
❌ Not eligible for return for change-of-mind: Any unit that has been opened, assembled or used. Used personal nail care devices cannot be resold for hygiene reasons and are non-returnable unless verified to have manufacturing defects.

2. Return Process
Before sending any item back, you must email support@electricnailclippers.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Shipments without prior authorization will be rejected.
For non-defective voluntary returns: Buyer covers return shipping cost. Original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
If the item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect due to our mistake: We will cover valid return shipping or arrange replacement after verification with photos.

3. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect and approve your returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing delays may take extra time, depending on your card issuer.

4. Final Sale
Customized orders, bulk OEM private-label goods are final sale and non-returnable unless proven to have manufacturing defects.

5. Dispute
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if items show signs of heavy wear, missing parts or abuse.
