Thank you for shopping with ENC Nail Care. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time
Orders or confirmed wholesale inquiries are normally processed within 2–5 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and US public holidays. We will notify you if there is unexpected delay.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery lead time depends on your selected shipping method and carrier schedule, estimated transit time will be quoted before shipment.
All shipping fees are quoted separately at checkout or in proforma invoices. Standard shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is caused by our side (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect).

3. Delivery Risk
Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided shipping address, loss or damage after delivery becomes the buyer’s responsibility. Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
Claims for damaged, missing or wrong items must be submitted within 10 business days after delivery, with clear photo evidence.

4. Customs & Duties
For cross-border shipments, any import tax, customs duty, brokerage fee or local administrative cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Updates
Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched.
